Pacific Oasis Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing safe, professionally managed shared housing in Pacific Oasis Houses for adults in transition. Currently serving in Santa Barbara County, California.

Pacific Oasis Foundation was created in response to a simple need: more people deserve access to safe, well-managed shared housing when they are navigating major life changes. We partner with individuals, families, and referring professionals to provide dependable housing options that prioritize dignity, stability, and responsive placement coordination for the Santa Barbara County community.

What we do
Pacific Oasis Foundation operates professionally managed shared housing designed to offer stability, structure, and community for adults navigating periods of transition. We are a housing provider — not a treatment, therapy, or medical care provider.

Our approach
Our homes are safe, well-maintained, and professionally managed. Residents live in a structured, community-based environment grounded in mutual respect and accountability — the conditions people need to regain footing and maintain independence.
Who we serve
We provide housing for adults who need stability during periods of transition — a dependable environment for rebuilding independence, securing long-term housing, and navigating major life changes. Our residents value stability, safety, structure, accountability, independence, and community.
